The Presales Consultant is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers for the cyber security portfolio.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
  • Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands
  • Handling tenders, RFQs and RFPs
  • Need to have Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Diploma / Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security
  • In depth working knowledge of Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, Load Balancers, Proxies or SIEM
  • Able to keep up-to-date with current technologies
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients, and need to have strong customer service orientation

 

 

Information Security Researcher (Malware)

Responsibilities

  • Researching and developing new malware offensive capabilities for both cyber security attack and defence; focusing on Deep Learning with Artificial Intelligence.
  • Develop and supervise work related to new non-signature malware detection techniques and countermeasures.
  • Evaluate and test popular anti-malware commercial systems
  • Conduct training and provide consultancy in advanced malware countermeasures.

 

Requirements

  • Degree/MSc in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or equivalent
  • Fluent in relevant programming languages (eg. C/C++)
  • Strong interest in Cyber Security Forensics.
  • Preferably 1-2 years of working experience in Malware Analysis
  • Team-player with good communication skills
  • Willing to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

  • Test and validate IoT (Internet of Things) scenarios.
  • Research on Open Source platforms and run tests on various scenarios.
  • Develop AI (Artificial Intelligence) technology and Cognitive Computing for in-house Deep Learning capabilities

Requirements

  • Experienced with background in relevant programming languages (eg. C++, Python, JS, etc)

Cyber Security Technology Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Has to acquire an in-depth understanding of cyber security threats, technologies, and countermeasures to design and implement secure computer systems.
  • Act as a Point-of-Contact between customers and the Sales Department
  • Able to perform risk identification, assessment, response, and monitoring & reporting to management
  • Be able to have the technical knowledge and able to advise the customers during after-sales.

Minimum Requirements:

Minimum a university bachelor degree in either:

  • Computer Science
  • Computer Engineering
  • Information Security
  • Information Systems

OR with relevant experience in computer systems and networking

  • Simulating threats and adversarial incidents under various conditions
  • Your role will also include typically review new technologies to ensure that they conform to security policies and computer infrastructure
  • Conduct penetration testing, which is when analysts simulate attacks to look for vulnerabilities in their systems before they can be exploited
  • Help the software development team and fulfil the needs of the customers
