Job Scope

· Identify and hunt for business opportunities in the Sales area assigned

· Responsible for executing the country strategy in place and liaise with Senior Sales Manager

· Travelling to visit potential clients

· Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers

· Managing and interpreting customer requirements

· Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs

· Timely response for the submission of client quotations

· Responsible for negotiating and closing sales

· Administering client accounts

· Analysing costs and sales

· Meeting regular sales targets

· Recording and maintaining client contact data

· Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and other marketing events

· Preparing technical presentations

· Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education

· Liaising with other members of the sales team and other technical experts

· Front the customers in event of any issue arising for a possible solution


· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent.

· At least 2 to 3 year(s) of working experience in the marine industry.

· Good communication (both oral and written English) and presentation skill

· Mature, detailed oriented, independent and able to meet sales target

· Overseas traveling is required

· Preferably with own transport

· Knowledge of Navigation Equipment in the Marine industry will be an advantage
