  • As the critical point of contact for customers, the Customer Service Executive (CSE) collaborates with key internal stakeholders to deliver smart and informed service levels that differentiate the company in the market and delight customers.

Core Accountabilities
 Understand, plan for and promote Marine Product & Service portfolio to the assigned customer base.
 Check customer data to determine and optimize revenue opportunities and evolve service
levels
 Own and manage the customer’s needs ensuring quotations, billing, product-related queries
 Manage customer indexes ensuring they are both comprehensive and reflect the requirements of the customer
 Prepare and submit monthly Customer Management Reports pertaining to market conditions, competitor activity and revenue performance per customer

Core Performance Indicators
 Experience from Marine, Satellite.
 Owns and continuously manages the customer experience ensuring systems, processes and interactions meet or exceed customer expectations.
