Payroll Executive

Responsibilities

* Ensure all payrolls for staff are completed timely and entered to company ERP system

* Work closely with finance manager for payroll and CPF submission

* Ensure payment instruction file is uploaded to bank

* Prepare IRAS and income tax filing for all staff

* Liaise with department managers for overtime claims and expenses approval

* Ensure that all new and existing staff have medical insurance coverage

Requirements

* Min ITE/Diploma in accounts or finance

* Able to manage payroll for company staff strength of > 500 staff

* Meticulous and precise

* Knowledge of ERP systems, payroll and MS Office
