The Presales Consultant is responsible for providing technical solutions to new & existing corporate customers for the cyber security portfolio.

Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Planning of sales strategies, the positioning in contrast to the competitors and the demonstration of the business
  • Preparation of presentations about the products or services with all their values for the usage of the sales department
  • Engagement with the customers and interpretation of their needs and derivation of advice for prospective products that are aligned with the customers’ demands
  • Handling tenders, RFQs and RFPs
  • Need to have Strong customer service orientation

Responsibilities

  • Diploma / Degree in electrical/electronic engineering, computer science or related discipline
  • Knowledge of Cyber Security
  • In depth working knowledge of Firewall, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, Load Balancers, Proxies or SIEM
  • Able to keep up-to-date with current technologies
  • Good interpersonal, presentation and communication skills
  • Analytical skills and the ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients, and need to have strong customer service orientation
