Responsibilities:

  • Able to perform business development by actively engaging new and existing accounts and services
  • Fulfil the clients staffing needs by performing searches through company web portal, jobs portal, advertisements, referrals and networking
  • Conduct interviews of selected candidates
  • Conduct screening thru phone and face to face interviews
  • Develop and establish good working relationship with existing accounts

Requirements:

  • Diploma/Degree in any discipline
  • Preferably 1 year of sales experience in any industry
  • Good communications skills and experience in cold calling
  • CEI Basic Cert will be an advantage
