RESPONSIBILITIES

• Responsible for operations of Customer Support department

• Oversee the achievement and maintenance of agreed customer service levels and standards

• Manage and control facilities and inventories required for service activities

• Develop strong relationships with clients

• Evaluate partners and agents on quarterly basis on service quality and pricing

• Responsible for OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards

• Go onboard with service engineers and conduct periodic audit of service work to ensure compliance with company and regulatory procedures

• Control and deploy service engineers to achieve efficiency

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor in Electrical/Electronics Engineering

• Min 3 years of maritime service experience

• Experience in MS Office

• Prior experience in Marine Navigation and Electronics preferred

• Team Player
