Spare Parts Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities

* To take care of e-mail and telephone communications with customers.

* To offer pricing (quote) to(potential) customers spare part purchase enquiries.

* Source for the spare parts, internal or external by phone or email.

* To transfer the correct information upon order to the logistics and warehouse department.

* To send the packing and shipment details to the customer by email.

* To send sales invoice to customers by e-mail.

* To check and investigate margins of orders where necessary.

* To check customer payments and follow-up on dispute invoices and overdue payment.

* To take care of warranty claims to the sold spare parts.

* Communicate in well-mannered way with the customer by email and by phone.
