– Plan and arrange class and flag surveys and ensure records and drawings are updated

– Work with technical team to coordinate on change and new ownership transfer of vessels

– Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for repair and maintenance work

– Liaise with superintendent and arrange for dry dock planning requirements

– Monitor progress on dry dock schedules and ensure vessel completes all repairs

– Ensure all certificates are updated and meet class regulations

– Prepare and issue Purchase Order and seek technical manager for approval

– Plan and coordinate all spares and stores requirements

– Ensure vessel has adequate spares and supply log, spares reports are updated

– Review all contracts with suppliers and contracts and negotiate on yearly basis


– Min GCE ‘O’ Levels or Diploma in any discipline

– Min 1 year of experience in technical and purchasing in maritime industry

– Good knowledge of MS Office

– Team Player

– Good Communications Skills
